    1 Question tho.
    Is 30-1hr really necessary?Doesn't your ip change once u unplug and replug ur modem?

    Not really, leaving out for more changes it completely, anyway good for your health.

    Yes, it is :p (Sythe IP Banned or even RuneScape IP Banned) or muted.. Or if you wanna be a mod and want a complete fresh start.

    "Ipconfig/release"
    "Ipconfig/renew"

    Just do that or switch it on and off one?.
