Requirments
a place you can use a phone like...
- a public library
- a fitness center (YMCA)
Caller ID on your home phone
Without any of those, this guide will not work.
First thing you will do is call your home
at the place you will be using the phone.
With your Caller ID, write down the phone
number of that place and click on pay by
phone method. Then for the phone number you will
use to call, type in the number. Then back to the place
and call the number it gives you. listen Carefully
at what the bot says. Write down your pin on the

go to runescape.com and click on subscribe
for member. then click redeem pin under
the pay by phone method. then click on the picture
that says 6.99.and type in your pin. Enjoy your
membership!

The guide is very badly wirtten, but does it basically say that you call yourself to see what the phone's number is and then use the public phone to buy pins? Because that's pretty obvious; there isn't really a reason it wouldn't work.

Yes, this does work

But, it is unnecessary to call your house and write down the phone number because once you have the code, just click the "already have pin, redeem here" button right next to the php option.

phone can be force to refunded, and when that happens, jagex will remove credit from your account, and if your account is on "negitve" credit, you'll be banned until you get more subscription
