Appealing for TWC ban

Hello,

I have been a Sythe user for quite a while now and have had a TWC on my account for having 3 vouches made on the same IP address as the account. This was 2-3 years ago. Due to this TWC I kind of got demotivated and slowly stopped.

Forward to today, I decided I would get back on track and reopen my small business. As it has been way too long since I last logged in, I lost the password and email address of the account with the TWC. Since I didn't have the email I had no way to recover the account.

So I had the bright idea of using another account that I had created a long time ago since I had all the login info. I had no idea I wasn't aloud and now I do understand, and therefore got banned on this account for avoiding TWC. And I had donated 200$ on this account as well.

I am aware I have made a mistake, but it was never in the intention of avoiding the TWC whatsoever! I would really like if I could discuss this issue with a mod or with someone in charge.

I have never scammed anyone or stolen anything to anyone. My only, mistake was the vouches on the same IP 3 years ago.
