Guams/Avernic pardon for scamming

• I see he hasn’t been online for a little over a week I’m not sure if he uses Sythe anymore. But I can ask him to speak to a mod on discord or something if they need to, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Ban evading when I was banned on Guams, I made the account “Avernic” and it was really dumb of me instead of just waiting and repaying then waiting to possibly be unbanned. I apologized for that.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Claimed to have the tbow he was looking for on a RSPS, I took the 07 gold and didn’t give him what he was purchasing.

IF I was to be unbanned and given a TWC or whatever the punishment may be, Id like to request just being unbanned on Avernic instead of Guams if possible. I want to use the profile and name Avernic IF i’m able to and IF i’m unbanned. Only reason being is because I like that name.

Right, I understand. But he hasn't been on in like two weeks, so if he is truly done with Sythe, and doesn't come on here to reply to that, what am I to do? I know usually you guys have the scammer pay it to the community, but I paid to him in game. I also have screenshots of us trading in game, not sure if that helps any?

 

Okay, so what IF he doesn't respond? I showed clear proof I paid him back.
