He was "trading" his level 90 with 99 fletching that he was too "lazy" to take a pic with, for my 95 wcer. Looks like he's a PHAIL SCAMMER?

I don't care if name or password is shown on here. Sythe says that Jagex can't see this site, and I've just changed the password and set new recoveries.
I made SURE the password was right. I even typed it twice, just incase their were any typos. Their weren't. He knew my username, lied and said that he didn't, then tried to play it off. I'm assuming he knew i'd report him .. Either that, or he's not that good at scamming.
