Great Dungeoneering Trick!

Ok, so you ran into one of the ones where you have to get a stone or a wall block, then carve it, then put it onto a statue or something...

but you cant mine the block, OR your crafting isn't high enough...

Well, there is a way around this!

if there is another puzzle in the same dungeon that you can get the stones/wall blocks from, you can craft the parts using those blocks and then apply them to the higher level puzzle's statues - Thus solving the puzzle!

works perfectly every time for me.

Also, Nobody in any parties i go in knows this tricks - i am 99% sure i invented it myself (ftw)

you kidding? i run into some that require 100+ mining.

oh, and if anyone wants to rewrite my guide with good grammer and post the edited version *IN THIS THREAD* that would be great lol - ill replace what i typed with it...

i honestly see no grammar mistakes, it's perfectly legible, the only thing i'd do is elaborate, try not to use vague words like where you said you ran into one of the ones or something, try to say like you ran into one of the rooms where blah blah blah. it gives the guide a more detailed feeling, and it won't confuse the slower people here

 

well there are at least 4 puzzles this works for... it was late and i was lazy.

specifically, damaged construct, and all 3 flavous of repairing statues.

I wasn't the only one in the party, but i was the one who figured it out lol.

They were looking at me like the DE god after a few cool tricks like dropping a vial on the spike trap puzzle(not mine) and inventing this one...
Oh and i finished all 3 mazes that time too lol.

I think DE has been updated to have WAY less puzzles while i was gone for 2 weeks, am i right?

i wouldnt say you invented it becuase i have known about this for about 2 months, as has man other dung players i have played with, but it is a good post. You can also fish from a different ferret spot and use it on that puzzle if the fishing requirment is too high on 1 of them.
