I've been messing around with photoshop for a while and I want to get better at editing animated files. This isn't a simple "gif making" service: you can google a gif maker online to convert your videos to a gif already. This service is where I do some actual editing to the video or gif, such as adding effects, looping it perfectly, or something similar.
