Grave Mistake

I cannot decide if this should be a dispute or a pardon. I have done what the ban reason states, but I never knew it could be worthy of a permanent ban. I was banned by Sythe, so the final decision is his, I would still like staff members to give their opinions on the matter and would appreciate it if they hold back whatever they have against me when expressing themselves.

I banned grave for being mixed up with all the wrong people. I don't their crew on my site anymore.

I'm not going to deny being "mixed up with all the wrong people". I'd just like to express myself and explain my side of the story. Instead of private messaging you, Alex posted my clear explanation of everything here. Please read it if you have enough spare time. As for explaining why I was mixed up with the wrong people, it is a part of my morals to allow everyone a second chance. I don't think it's correct to lose all contacts with someone just because of their actions, and I will remain friends with them as long as they respect me and do not directly harm me. This may be wrong, but that's my beliefs.

- I haven't participated in any of the delinquent activities of my friends
- I have reported and to the best of my ability prevented any harmful activities

• Helped keep Hahanerd45 secure before and while he was hacked
• Tried my best to recover Tyro's MSN and assist him
• Tried to contact you directly about the Sindrefyrn leak but failed
• After coming back from vacation, explained the Finn framings to Skele_master
• Reported the Farcast framing Syed was planning

- I'm fairly trusted and contribute to the community

• Gold business with $2000 worth trades
• Botting services with another $2000 worth trades
• Donated $25+ and plan on donating what was promised even if I remain banned
• Contributed Guides to the User Education/SFA
• Middlemanned many trades
• Reported rule-breaking members (even after my ban)

It's not fair to ban someone for this reason.
If not, why was I singled out from the many people who have been "mixed up" with Brandon, Syed, and Sigex?

Sythe has been a large portion of my life in the past two years, and I would love to be given a second chance. I have never harmed the website, staff, or members in any way and don't plan on ever doing so.

I joined Sythe just to sell few accounts, but I accomplished way more than I expected. Thanks for the great time; I learned many things and met a lot of great people.

Alex - I remember we first argued with eachother, but you turned out to be a pretty cool guy. We had a great time, even through the rough times. Thanks for all the fun on Arcanists. ^_^

Sythe - I'm not sure if you remember, but we actually talked about two years ago on MSN every once in a while. It was interesting to talk to you, and I've admired your actions all the way up to now, except you went a little overboard recently with the bans.

Marcell/Manuel - I'll just group you two together since you're Mexican and I have the same feelings about you. When I first met both of you, I thought you were complete dicks. After a while though, it was pretty cool to hang out with you guys on Tiny chat and the spam forum.

Megamatt - I've had mixed feelings about you; I'd let you have my babies anytime though.

I strongly recommend against unbanning Grave. My reasoning is simple: I don't think an integral, respectful person who allegedly ''values'' this site would continue to associate themselves who have a great deal of contempt for this site and have acted immorally. I am also relatively confident in saying you've harboured discussions pertaining to hacking, use of RATs, framing, etc.

I've already explained my reasoning for hanging out with people who have acted immorally against Sythe.org, so I'll go ahead and argue your second statement. I didn't even know what RATs are until looking it up after your post. Syed and Brandon did talk about them, but I never contributed to the dicussion. As for the hacking and framing, I'm fairly familiar, but I have never attempted to do such a thing or even encouraged anyone else to do such a thing. If you don't believe me, please speak to Tyro and Hahanerd45, who I assisted during their hacking incidents. I'm also against framing, even though it is very easily to do. I explained everything I knew about framing to Skele_master to help with your case, and I even brought up a suggestion a long time ago (maybe a year or two) to not automatically accept screenshots as proof and to investigate them. Please don't accuse me of doing such things, or even guess so, without at least having the decency to ask me or having even the smallest amount of evidence; it upsets me.

I know this is Sythe's call, and I doubt my opinion with this situation means anything, but I strongly support an unban. Grave, unlike the other recent bannings, has been a critical and very helpful member of Sythe. Grave has helped me the most when my MSN was hacked and has helped me so much to avoid being framed, banned, etc.

Yes, he's been involved with some banned members of the site, but knowing Grave from a personal level, he would not associate himself with these kind of malicious things. I believe Grave's integrity and trust would keep him away with these things.

Again, I strongly support an unban in Grave's case. He's contributed a lot more than the recent bannings, and I'm sure he's more devoted to this site than most people are. Please reconsider this, Sythe.

I wouldn't define it as associating; that's a harsh word. Friendship is all it is, and I have never united with those responsible to prove their cause. I have been against their actions throughout the friendship, and have demonstrated my opposing beliefs as mentioned in the above explanation.

I actually did, but I was banned before I could show the proof of the fake screenshots Syed had made. I had Tmoe post on my behalf and ask if any staff members would like to see the proof, as I did not want Tmoe to get in trouble for posting the actual image. I think it's safe to say that if I had not reported Syed's scheme in Chris's Scammer report, you might have been blamed for a crime you didn't commit, and Chris would have never flattered you after he tried getting you banned. Just because I said I would continue to support your ban for not purchasing the promised amount of spears on your thread doesn't mean I'm a dick. I actually helped you for the most part and would love it if you didn't express hate toward me. Can you post your stance on my ban reason instead? Thanks.

You seemed very supporting of Gohan's pardon, and he's been active in Skype calls (which you think is a cult against Sythe when it is clearly not) and so have many others that have not been banned. Tmoe actively joins Skypes calls with Brandon and Syed too, and so do/did Chriscross23 (now banned for editing logs on the report I made against him) and even Darkgroove.

I have many reasons as to why I feel this way, namely because you lie to make yourself look like the hero. You never came forward when Sindrefyrn was leaking. You were extremely angry when Chris told people what was going on, that doesn't look like good character to me. Your close friendship with Syed is alarming too. Lastly, you didn't help me when I was being framed. You went forward and supported the other fake report against me by providing out of context evidence (you even spent the time to make a video). I won't go too deeply into detail, but you also insulted me over MSN when I didn't believe you. I don't trust you at all; in fact I think you're a bad influence on the site.

This is going to be the last message I post for a while. I've decided to quit the internet as a whole (other than ocassional visits for e-mail and research of course) so it doesn't matter if I'm banned or not anymore. My ban actually helped me make this decision; I'm a high school senior and I'm going to focus and try to get into Harvard or Stanford university.

Anyway, I want to clarify some things before I leave.
I don't care what happens anymore.

1. The Staff
Up to now I didn't realize how much bias goes into anything that happens here at Sythe. There is no doubt that if you're loved by an administrator (Finn) you can dodge bullets (Gohan, Plznate) and if you're hated by a staff member they wil vote against you no matter the magnitude of the offence. I don't want to turn this into a conspiracy or a rant, so I'll just go ahead and leave it at this: I truly think my ban reason was bullshit as many other members committed the same exact crime, if it's even a crime to have stupid friends.

- Skype Crew: I was bored in the summer and Julia invited me in a conversation, we had it going every day. It had nothing to do with Sythe, but if you're so sure everyone who speaks on Skype is malacious, why was I the only person banned solely for this reason?
- Sigex: For god's sake we play games together.

Please by all means keep me banned, but at least be fair about it and apply the same punishment to everyone. Here's a list of people that were highly active in speaking with Brandon, Syed, and Sigex, while knowing their crimes. I have proof of all these people "associating" with them if necessary:

Tmoe, Floyd, Chriscross23 [if he gets unbanned], Louis, Darkgroove, Blupig, Eugene, JRSmithfan1, Tyro and others.

Those bolded were just as active as I was.

2. My involvement in recent activities

Finn Framing: I was gone on vacation
Brandon Hackings: I helped two people (Hahanerd45, Tyro)
Farcast Framing: Reported before it happened
Sindrefyrn Leak: Attempted to report it through Skele and Louis, but I decided not to due to security reasons; I was temp. banned at the moment: no communication with Richard


If it makes a difference, I'm not going to be getting on Skype anymore. Finn and Tgump were right about them being complete assholes.

What made me come up with this decision?
- My time gets consumed. I end up getting screwed over by all my friends and don't feel appreciated
- I have decided I want a better future, so I'm going to study more often and try to get a life
- Dedicated my life to a website for 2 years and get screwed over even though I never did anything harmful

Don't blame others for painting you with a broad brush when you insist on being associated with the most disreputable people on the internet. Your actions speak louder than words. That you associated with and continue to associate with disreputable people indicates to all that you do no share the general distaste for their misdeeds, and to the contrary enjoy their company.

I would no sooner unban you than I would invite someone mixed up in the mafia into my home.

If it looks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck, then it's probably a duck. If you want respect from honest people, then stop associating with dishonest people. Very simple.
