Grand exchange wont work

Whenever i attempt to purchase or sell something in grand exchange, i get the following message;

'Unable to make a new offer at this time- please try again later'

This hasn't been happening to me, the only thing I can think of is that it was being updated, maybe. Not too sure really.

Take a picture and send it to Jagex?

Has Happened to me alot but I am not to sure what it is.

Yep, same thing was happening to me this morning... Couldn't buy any PK gear..

 

Simply a small downtime, it is normal. That's happened before.
