    Grand exchange wont work
    Whenever i attempt to purchase or sell something in grand exchange, i get the following message;

    'Unable to make a new offer at this time- please try again later'


    What is going on..?

    This hasn't been happening to me, the only thing I can think of is that it was being updated, maybe. Not too sure really.
