Grand Exchange doesn't work?

I can't use the Grand Exchange it seems, it only says "examine desk". I can bank and talk to the other clerk, but cannot ACTUALLY use G.E. Any help? :embar:

Well that's wierd. A bug like that would most likely be the same for all players.
