Abra hasn't paid his debts

Explanation of the trade: Abra graced me with his services a while ago where he accepted payments from my customers and paid me out in a currency of my choice.
How they scammed: My customers bought stuff, Abra received money, didn't pay me out.

- Paid me out some of the debt in GP, promised the other 206 EUR on Friday.

- Friday comes says tough luck need to wait till Wednesday.

- Ghosts me after Wednesday, I tell him I really want it paid or I have no choice but to report which will make it more difficult for him to return should he want to, he says wait till the weekend (yesterday), I get ignored.

Let me know if you need any more info I realize most is in Dutch so get someone to help translating if required but should be pretty straight forward.
