Got Weed - Bought A Santa Hat Went Second?

Basically my argument I'm trying to make







I just typed like 6 sentences and I clicked submit and it said banned for buying gold, after I cleared cookies. I wasn't even overpaying for gold, I was about to make a free 2BILL. This guy won't even verify that he has the gold, even look at his thread! He has 2 posts, how does he even know how to file a scam report, he filed it in like 2 minutes too. This guy obviously has been here before. Even look at his thread. You can't ban me under that Video. I'm on the verge of just going to Powerbot because while I was waiting for my SRB to be lifted I already got like 5+ successful trades. Please look over this ban, I wasn't given a fair trial.

 

Video, look over the proof again. I didn't tell him my IGN ANYWHERE, another thing to show that he was lying. Nobody would be that careless with 2B, I can't even believe it. He would obviously want to confirm it's the right person with two fucking bill. The guy hasn't even logged in for two days, this is so fake and gay.


Also, I didn't think this was going to be this big of a deal. But, like an hour after that actually happened, I bought a Santa hat while going second. Wtf? Does that make any sense if you think about it, why would I scam 2B, and then just pay for a santa hat after it all happened?

You buying a santa is completely irrelevant. And yes, you were vastly overpaying for gold, you could have gotten bulk gold from any trusted seller on sythe for much less than .55 via WU at the time.

Did you completely ignore everything I said? He won't even verify the gold in game, of course he doesn't fucking have it. Can you verify that he indeed sold it to the people he stated? I don't think so. However, I've gathered 15+ vouches on powerboat while waiting, a couple of which show that I actually was buying gp, as I already stated. If it's not obvious that I was set up you must not be doing your job right. The Santa hat is in every way relevant video, it shows that i didn't scam 2b, because I paid AFTER.

I think lately you've been trying to look really active, without putting in the work. You go around posting on a bunch of shit that's already being dealt with or that really doesn't need to be dealt with just to look active. You just posted and banned me when it was ALREADY being dealt with. Frenzy was doing perfetly fine and exactly what was suppose to be done, and you just barged in and fucked everything up. Do you not trust frenzy's mod skills? If the guy can't even provide a picture of his cash stack, let alone even a trade screen or a vouch(which I know for a fact will not be provided) Im thinking that people would be getting set up literally every day because it would be that easy. Literally anybody can post chat logs of them saying they traded you the gold, doesn't make sense. I shit you not this guys probably sitting back in his chair laughing at this right now. I doubt this guy was a legit user in the past, he posted a dispute within minutes and had everything laid out, obviously a vader.

 

I had a feeling you'd have such an immature reaction to my post. I don't ban people just for the hell of it, or to appear active. And to think that I don't do any work, and that I just "post a bunch of shit that's already being dealt with"? Alright, well honestly this case is not worth any more of my time and I will happily let any other mod take a look at this because I am confident that they will have the same reaction.

I did not "barge in and fuck things up" with the report. I consulted several other mods before reaching a decision, and for the record, Frenzy has not once stated that I was in the wrong or that you deserve an unban. But let's not drag her into this.

I will not respond any further to this case. I will not even view it. So feel free to post whatever else you want about my character, about my work ethic, about my "banning people just to seem active" because I'm not going to put up with this any more. I have spent a long time combing through the report, reading the proofs, and if you don't think my judgment is fair then fine, take someone else's.

P.S. If I were the only person who thought you deserved to be banned, you would not be banned. You are banned and remain banned because other staff members also feel this way. And since you refuse to think that I'm being unbiased here, they will have to come forward and also state their opinions.

P.P.S. For all I know, you bought that santa hat solely so you'd have "proof" that you're not a scammer. It is absolutely 0 proof of anything

Do you think I care so much about Sythe that'd I'd go through the trouble to scam 2B and then buy a Santa hat after just to prove my innocence? Well in that case, for all I know you could be the guy setting me up. If you read his thread you'll surely see that he won't even verify the gold in game. He never replied after I asked, and edited his post saying he was selling to busts or Kevin, and I can guarantee they won't have any records of anything. Skype chat logs I've seen over and over again arent sufficient proof. I told you what I needed the gold for and it was urgent, I had everyone added and he was the only person online. I guess you guys can ban me if you want, because I barely even use this site anymore. I still don't get how skype chat logs can result in a ban though, when I've seen so many scam appeals locked because skype/msn chat logs aren't sufficient proof. He wouldnt even verify the gold in game, that alone should tell you that he's lying.

 

1. The fact that you were adamant on buying for $0.53/m, then quickly going with his raised price was sketchy.
2. The fact that you would not cover the fees at first, then quickly changed your mind and offered to pay the fees is sketchy.
3. The fact that you tried to clear your name by lying and saying that he didn't even know your Runescape name is sketchy. Then after Video caught that it was in the proof, you had no response to it and started attacking him personally.
4. You mentioned your santa hat purchase to him, probably trying to convince him that you were a legitimate buyer.
5. Last but not least, after the scam happened, you quickly decided to go buy from someone else and didn't seem the least bit concerned that you didn't meet with him or the fact that he lost the gold to someone.

You're the sketchiest trader I've ever seen. I'll just post this up to see what others' think.

Exactly this too. You scammed him, then told him to use a middleman next time. Why would you say that if you didn't scam him?
