I am not the first person to RE-post your pictures and/or irl info. You posted most of it on your Intro thread as Bleuskittle and again on the faces of sythe thread as well as in discord once before. It is your own mistake. The rule reads that if you have ever posted it publicly people are able to re-post it.

 

I've seen a lot of these pictures in the past. The rules allow them to be sent if they were ever released publicly by the owner before.

I've seen your pic before but that doesn't mean it was posted by you and if we don't have proof you did, we will have to take action accordingly. But please don't lie about this b/c I know I've seen that pic before - I just don't know how/where. Have you reported someone before for this same picture? @Tyler There has to be an explanation for that.

@Gun Where has he posted it? I believe there has already been a search in Faces of Sythe as well as Tyler's intro to no avail. Is there anywhere else?

 

Theres a thread detailing these issues ive been having with Gun in staff lounge. The picture thats posted and deleted above has never been posted to sythe by myself, except in the context of reporting gun for posting it (ie deleted and staff only threads).

Gun also out of all the pictures posted on the discord on that gif, only deleted the one of me after posting it as he knew I have not posted it myself.

 

I deleted it because In t-minus 3 seconds after posting it you were whining and complaining in discord lol. Anywhore they can decide as they wish. You’ve publicly posted those pictures as well as your irl info everywhere in the past.

 

The rule is actually:

It's a very subjective rule. If Tyler's opinion is that the photo is not intented to be used in the SF/Discord and doesnt give permission to post it it doesnt matter if he posted it in the SF/Discord before - according to the rule. Nowhere is stated "when posting a picture, users can re-post it".

 

We both know if you were in the right you wouldn't have deleted the pics , you would have told me to go fuck myself. But that's okay because burden of proof is on you to prove I have posted this picture anywhere on sythe, The actual rule says in the spam forum and by extension discord, but it dosent matter because I never posted this picture anywhere.

Just checking in to say that I have never posted this picture anywhere on Sythe. If I recall correctly Gun received a ban last time for this particular picture after SEing it off of my Facebook.

This also might be why the "picture looks familiar" to the admins because it has already been involved in a report on Gun.

As Gun is a repeat offender of this rule, he has been given a 3 month ban.
