Got scammed, can I get paypal gift back?

Long story short, I sent $13 to an impostor msn. Stupid mistake, I know. I sent it as a gift with a note that I have already received the "virtual items" and that I have no intent of disputing. Is there any way to get the money back?

 

dont think so but try to anyway. these things arent always 100%

Is your PayPal funded with a CC? If it is, you can go to your bank, and tell them you lost your credit card, and someone has made a purchase with it, and you demand a refund and they will, and then send you a new CC. The other one will be deactivated as well. However, that is a bit of a hassle to go through just for $13..

 

Give it a go, just say that it was an impostor and they tricked you. The worst that can come out of it is they tell you no, which is not a huge deal. Sucks though, make sure you block them.
