got scammed by silent killer

i want to report silent killer..
for scamming me 400k on a pin trade..
i am sick of all those fucking pin sellers who ask you to go 1st,when your more trusted then them,i have ben looking for a pin seller since maybe 8 hours and all ask to go 1st and are just fuckig scammers...
now that i found one that may not be a scammer he asks for 50/50..
i gave him 400k,he told me he would give pin but he game 4 digits and said "half pin" i dont accept half pin this is bullshit scammer who invents 4 digists then doesent give anything after you give other half..
