Explanation of the trade: I knew the account he is trying to sell is very very unsafe and he had bitched about the original owner recovering it constantly and now he is trying to pass it on to someone else.

Basically he is trying to sell an unsafe account which he lied about where he got it from, I think he should be banned for trying to lie about it, at the least a TWC.
