He did, I had the account for arround 2-4 days and then he changed the password and i'm not able to recover it.

I added his Skype and offered him 90$ PP and 50M for account #1 (account OP bought) and he said he'd accept Paypal despite it being "hacked". Best part is when I asked for his PP email he said he'd just found 143M on it, even though the pictures show 800k. He said he'd forgotten the bank pin. I agreed to send him more money for the gold and he asked for 120$ and 50M. He only went up 30$ from my original offer even though he found all this money..

143M was OP's and he couldn't access the bank because OP changed it.

Definitely something going on here, banning him.
