got banned in Remixi

I got banned and dno what is reason?
Tengauge12 said to i'm ban evader but i'm not. I dont know how he is proofing that to i'm ban evader. I say to he banned me without reason.
After it he said to i'm shared account that not true too. Dont know how he going proof that because if i log on anohter computer on my friend on my account it dont make that to i'm shared account?

I am the one that banned you. Your original account is " Juwi ", which is banned. You were buying something from an individual and Kadaj was MMing for you both, come to find out Kadaj was claimed to have stolen the XBL card, and used it accidentally. Which is was posted in the RaS section.

I reviewed it, and researched everything and found that he had refunded the individual because it was an accident that he had redeemed the XBL card.

You then added me on MSN, and started talking to me about the situation, and that I should ban him because he's lying. (Yet if he was in fact lying I don't see why he refunded the individual prior to the report. )

You then stated to me that you will have your friend post there that he is a scammer. I asked you who your friend was.. You started talking to me about unbanning your account " Juwi " which was hacked from a keylogger, yet I DNS'ed all IP's connecting to that and their all similar and the host IDENT was all the same.

Then you claimed that was a lie, and invited your "friend" remix into the conversation. You claimed he was your friend which whom you had invited. I then ran a search through MSN on both of you with a nifty program, and you both were on the same IP. So, I stated that he was not your "Friend" that it was actually YOU. You then admitted to it, and claimed that you had got on the account because of the simple fact he was not online.

Then you stated that you'll have your friend post.. I asked for the Sythe name of your friend which who was supposedly gone. Then I refresh the RaS section, and find that an individual by the name " Remixi " had made some post arguing my decision. Which I referred to you about, and you claimed it was your friend.

Yet he was gone? Then once I banned the account you stated to me that it was against the rules for me to have done that because he done nothing, and that just because he logs onto it on your computer I had no right to ban him.

Considering the "Friend" you invited into the MSN conversation was you...
Considering the MSN address of your "friend" you invited was exactly the same as yours, but with " [email protected] ".
Considering you lied about everything, and all IP's matched up.


I here say your dispute is DENIED. I promise to you now.. if you register another account I WILL find out and I WILL ban it. If you persist with this dispute I will then post pictures. So, as I stated on the MSN conversation.. Run along and stay away from Sythe.org
