Got banned for virus on msn.

I got banned for virus on msn, everyone keep saying to me don't post that link or i will get you banned. I don't even know what they are talking about here, i mean i can't see myself what links im giving out so im infected. I put my msn name "Adone - Don't click any links i send you". Please unban me.
