Got banned for "Trading Paypals"?

Hey guys. I've not broken 1 stated rules since I've been on this forum. Yet I got a message saying I was banned for "Trading Payals"? I sell Verified paypals, yes. It doesn't state that in the rules though. If the admins don't like it I can edit my post. I sell VBAs and verified paypals, so I can just sell VBAs... why did I get banned for this?

We don't allow the sale of Paypal accounts, however, I believe the sticky that Daily made on it got removed so I'm alright with an unban as long as you stop selling paypal accounts and stick to VBA's and VCC's.

I don't think he meant harm, and wasn't selling any stolen/illegal accounts which is what the sticky was for. He was selling paypal accounts he himself set up, so I don't think he's a danger to Sythe members. As long as he doesn't continue to sell the accounts, I think he can be unbanned. Thoughts?
