Hmm, was always interested in streaming to make some easy money although don't really know how much "commitment" you would need. You would probably have to be pretty good at a certain category of games to earn fast money as well. Gotta get those viewers on twitch you know, lol.

Yeah, exactly. That's why I said you'd need a lot of commitment and it definitely would take time. You need to gain popularity and viewers in which you entertain them in some way, I suppose... :/

Affiliate marketing. Check out clickbank and if you have any web programming knowledge, setting up an affiliate account isn't too hard. You just have to be very proactive in finding a profitable niche.

A friend of mine started posting epic video clips on Youtube, he paid the original owners of the clip and x amount of money to use their clip within a year he made about $50,000 from Youtube after that he set up his own auction website and now he's worth a few million. I believe he sold the company to Venture capital last year so just try something and see how it goes.

 

As you have already known, I am involved in providing Runescape Services especially questing, skilling and barbarian assault services.

I first started out questing solo as that is my favorite thing to do in game. So rule number 1, do what you are passionate about. Without the passion, you would almost give up 1 week into it.

As I progress about 3-4 months into questing solo, I find myself unable to handle orders and thus I rope in a few of my trusted friends in a Dicing FC which I was also a host in. All my crews are hosts from that FC at that time and it grew some more. So rule number 2, connection is another make it or break it factor.

As you would have guessed, even my friends from the FC weren't able to meet the demand of questing, we then started hiring people from Sythe and that's where we really formalize our entire business structure. I would have wished that I had planned this earlier so rule number 3, plan ahead. Make forecast and milestone for your business. I personally set goals and milestones every quarter per annum. This is 6 months in already.

With the planning and structure in place, we were ready to expand into skilling and soon BA. We got our first website up with the help of Lured Yah who is renowned for fire-capping and that our services can pretty much complment each other. www. Sparta.rs/rsuniverse skyrocketed our sales and UPS needed to expand again. We went into making guides to supplement the traffic that we are getting as well. So rule number 4, make use of technology to improve sales when you are ready.

These are not steps that you have to follow as every individual is different and the nature of your market will affect a lot of decision you make down the road. This path is not a get rich quick scheme but rather, it involves a lot of commitment, time and sleepless nights. The results and experience gained however, will be worthed it.
