Got a stitches on my back

Yesterday I had my cyst (dermatofibroma) removed from my back by a surgeon and the way how he stitched it because I checked how it looks like in the mirror today, it looks kinda ugly to me and my parents said it will just flatten after a few days.

This is exactly how it looks like, the first one was in side view then the other one is in top view.



So do you think it will just flatten or it will look ugly like this after it healed
