Google Checkout Questions?

So I read a thread a while back, stating that Google checkout was more protective in the sense that it was much harder to charge back a purchase. I'm about to start selling some gold, so I decided to open a Google Checkout account to make it safer for myself and the customer. I just opened it, and I was just curious how other gold sellers set up their shopping carts. I cant figure out either to use a shopping cart, or can you simple transfer money to someone else's email similar to PayPal? Thanks for any help.
