Explain the service: I was going to get Dungeoneering level up and talked about the price and service with him on Skype, I was paying in increment, I paid the first increment and he got 1 level up for me, the second increment is considerably larger, he didn't provide the service to our agreed level, he didn't online on Skype for 4 days already.

No progress has been made ever since this report has been post.
He didn't online and never asked me for new password which has been changed since the scam report is submitted

Edit#1 : I didn't response to this report for almost 24 hours, and he doesn't seem to be care, if he does, he would have contacted me via Skype or Sythe
