Spyke, did you consider that the TWC and Market Ban were a rather deliberate alternative to banning him? He has been a member, and a staff member, for a long time: we could not ignore the situation - the TWC and forumban were necessary - but as he himself has acknowledged, a ban was considered as well. To have chosen one over the other is I think more indicative of his status than the ranks themselves.

A TWC is a warning to users. We do not tell traders not to trust him, simply to think harder about doing so. Those who are aware of the situation will be able to judge for themselves, and those who aren't know that there is something they are missing.

Sectionals cannot even infract other sectionals - the "infracter" must be be one tier above the "infractee" in the Sythe.org hierarchy.
