Good pure? Bad pure?

Hey ive had this pure for ages now and i was wondering if anyone could help me make it better. I was dumb and got up the def -.-

um it would be okay if u didnt get def... i advise u to go rune pure now..

GET BARROWS GLOVES BEFORE 45 DEFORE OR the pure is ruined!

Very bad.. def/prayer.. you should just make rune or barrows pure out of this. ( 45 or 70 Defence )
