Depending on you defence level i'd say either flesh crawlers or spiders, both can be found in the stronghold of security.

 

definetly flesh crawlers, you'll get it done in 1 or 2 days

 

yeah flesh crawlers or spiders, i heard ice giants were good, and i tried it and it didn't seem like i was training fast (maybe thats because i went from a member account training really fast to a non member one), but they definetely were a change of scenery and it was pretty fun

 

Flesh crawlers if you have patience and if not I would do spiders if you have a lot of food

 

why not do some hill giants for money
its good exp and u make alot of cash
