So, on Monday my tank I have working on for ages was hacked. I have always used my sister's paypal to do the transactions. This wasn't the first time it's been stolen. Originally at 72 ranged, with a boatload of money and items on it, it was stolen.

Today, I filed a recover account thing.
I used the exact same information to recover it the first time, since my original addition of members was still active.

DENIED.
I'm really pissed off right now. I have the guys IP, since I know who did it probably, but I just can't get this account back. I know it's going to be locked and/or banned, but I really don't want that to happen. I've put a lot of work into this, and it refuses to give me it back.

Another problem has occurred. Just before I lost it, I added 6 months of members. According to my sister's paypal history, he is abusing it and purchasing loads of stuff.

As you all read already, I have his IP and e-mail. I am planning on sending him a link from the Spam Forum that contains 87,000 viruses on it and getting everything he has.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get my account back, it would be appreciated. I really don't want to lose this account, it's only 5 letters with no numbers and it had a lot of stuff on it.

 

Well theres not much you can do, But keep sending the recovery appeals on RS. I lost an acc one time they denied it the first 2 appeals and then accpeted the 3rd one. It's just shitty customer support.

 

The longer it's been locked the better chance you have.

 

I wouldnt stop sending in appeals, if you worked on it that much I would send in another appeal as soon as one is denied

 

i hate that... happened to me with 3 diff accounts.

 

Give them the CC number you use to pay, and your adress. they cant deny evidence like that.

 

You said you know who did it, go to the person, bash him or ask an adult to talk with him.

 

I don't think he knows the guy irl.

 

You should check if it's someone from this website. I mean, it's not exactly impossible at all. I've had someone clear my account once. He was also from sythe, the username: Beigmatt.

You should also try to think about that past and see if you downloaded any files from other people or any files at all.

 

Maybe spamming Appeals help, since they don't actually read them.

 

Try sending more appeals.

 

I'm seriously pissed off now. I can now guarantee I will never get this account back.

I can't seem to remember my VERY first password, but I have all other information. Fucking Jagex LTD, I want my account back. I give you everything but ONE THING and you deny my appeals...

 

Dude just make some random bullshit up for the First Password. I did when I got a lvl 93 rune pure on here. Had shitty items but amazing stats. I told the guy I'll have that account, make some money on it, blah blah blah bullshitbullshitbullshit and in 2 weeks I had 2m on it already. (<3 Rsbot) and I guess the guy tried recovering and it was locked. I sent in 2 appeals and had more than half of the information wrong, just made up bullshit and I got it back.

Just keep tryin appeals. Otherwise, you have lost your oh, so important account.
