Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
Actually the user deadman beast added me on Skype and was interested in buying some gold from me.

Spoiler

I searched on Sythe for the Skype name and found deadman beast's banned profile.
DeadMan Beast Charged Back...

Like 5-10mins later GoldShiz added me on Skype and asked for gold too.
I asked for his Sythe profile because i could't find him with the skype name.

Spoiler

Found that on IP Audit - All Users are banned but not GoldShiz & Elite caper9, really sketchy that he added me 5-10min later after i declined to sell gold to deadman beast & that he had the same ip

Just like to add for whoever handles this that "Leader Bro" on that IP audit is also DeadMan Beast and while he's likely not using home IPs, it's probably still the same VPN he's used on these vaders as well as "Soil". He also has the same interests as many if not all of his previous profiles.
