    requesting pardon for: DNT
Do not trade reason: declining to refund money?
    Sendit4Province scam on his rental

Reason to request pardon: Well I mean in no way shape or form do I feel I deserve this DNT.
User rented my account, broke TOD and could have been RWTing and I could lose my account to a ban.
Either way I never disputed giving him a refund once instructed to do so, I declined to give him 335M he Is claiming to of had on the account and refunded the 35M that was there plus 3M deposit he put down.
    Where was a rule broken?

I would also like to add that immediately when user posted on thread saying he had been "scammed" I reported the post and informed a Mod to let him know to report me so we could resolve the dispute. I had no problem refunding him his money, and I did so without a fight. I was not however going to pay for his ridiculous claim of 350M and then 335M, probably would have kept going down until he got whatever he could.

While it's Ayonna his fault for not recording himself while staking it's your fault for not offering to refund whatever was left on the account - your ToS does not void the Sythe rules. You were free to keep his deposit, but that was all you were allowed to keep. And yes, it's obvious one of the two of you was clearly attempting to scam but this can't be proven or atleast hasn't been proved. What has been proved is you breaking the Sythe rules, for which in this case you need to Request a Pardon.
