Said on one skype he'll buy for $1.03/m and said on another skype he'll sell for $1/m

Some mercher he is taking a 3cent loss per m, obviously scamming

I searched him on Google prior to even talking to him.

 

Sorry to butt in, but are you skeptical that he is a scammer or proved that he is a scammer?

 

A legit person wouldn't buy gp for 1.03/m then sell it to someone for $1/m why would a gp resaler like he told me he is lose money like that for no reason

 

I have chatted with him before and he has been really passionate about starting a gold business. This could be a way of getting vouches so that he can gain trust. I'll wait to see what he has to say about this.

 

He already has a fair few vouches to me it looks like he thought he had a chance of 700m and went for it.

 

Oh well that's all we need, someone banned for scamming and DNT to back up another scammer.
