Gold4rs why so slow?

Ordered d claws and f cape on my 113 cmb account. 4 Days down the line i check the progress, "How much have you made" "2873k" they reply.
Do they goldfarm on goblins? I could have made that in 3 hours -_-
If anyone has had a good experience with them, reasurance would be nice, if you work for them i will know because you cant spell...

Were you broke when you started? They sometimes need gold to buy tons of glorys ect to go faster.

 

Nope =-/ i had 7m cash and i also have 85 cons with glory alter and all tellys ect, why dont they use that ^^
They also had the nerve to keep me waiting a hour on two seperate occasions to track my order one days they said "we got 4m it take 180hours" Today they said "We got 2873k it take 240 hours" Customer service is well...im lost for words. I was also told to shutup by one of the representative's for pointing out they shouldn't be selling goldfarming if they are to incapable of doing so.
