Workspace Macro Pro is a pretty good software. Unfortunately, it's pay-for, but you can use the full version for a decent amount of time before it no longer lets you.

I've used it many times for different things from Fletching to Runecrafting and even having two accounts play tie Castle War games vs. each other over-night. It has worked quite well.

It's not specifically designed for games tho, just for whenever you would need to repeat certain mouse-keyboard actions.
