Gold4fun - Problem with them - Account selling (+ information leaking)

Okay so I sold my level 200 to gold4fun like 2 months ago, today I woke up, opened my gmail and saw I had a new email from them saying my account got locked and they needed my help (allthough I gave them 100% legitimate information when I sold it). I was told in the email to try to recover it back for them and speak to a live chat agent once that was done.

So I got back from work and recovered it, as was told, I enter a live chat with one of their agents and now they tell me they dont need my account anymore? Wtf dude, I am pissed off because I already spent that money and they should've told me that before buying it, here are the chat transcripts ànd the email:

Do not get me wrong, I sold this one for around 100-150$ U$D and my berserker for like 80$ and I just had problems with the level 200; I do understand where they are coming from, it got locked however I can swear I didnt do anything, I dont even play runescape and I cant really tell how it got locked, but now they got all my information and got me on negative balance.

I cant lie and say I am not pissed off but I dont know what to do.

Posting this to see what people thinks and if anyone knows how my account got locked. Note: The other account's transaction is fine up to now

 

wow i'd be pissed of to lol how can they decide to just say they dont want it lol.

Have you checked there site it might say something like all trades are final in there terms and conditions or something like that

 

Did they chargeback the funds?

 

Yeah I think they did as he said the left him in negative balance

 

Gold4fun is a joke dude they told my friend to put 20m on the account for his powerleveling and so he did i watched, then they emailed him saying he needs 20m so they can start and he said i have 20m on, went to check and there was none. They took his money and then denied it. So don't trust them fully.

 

thats why you dont trust those sketchy chinese people

 

never thought id see the day gold4fun threaten charge backs, thats pretty low.

If they've chargedback the funds for a shitty reason like that report them on sythe and get all their sythe accounts banned.

 

Thats why i never sell gold/accounts to those sites.

Like stated above I would report them to sythe and get all of their accounts back if they aren't going to refund you.
