Explanation of the trade: I purchased an account that was supposed to be infraction/ban free and was muted multiple times and banned for botting in the past.

Me vs Gold2Us. I purchased an account that was posted as an account with no infractions or bans or issues. After purchasing i saw there was inbox messages so i checked only to see it was muted and also banned for botting a while back. I told him the issue and be said the workers dont tell him everything. Then i asked for him to make it right and have gotten no answers. [redacted] & Sythe 2 & Sythe 3

 

Hello, i have already told the buyer to check and confirm if everything is good.

as he confirmed and Agreed to my TOS above, there is NO REFUND.
I have sold many accounts, and with my workers they are using every account to train, however, i have asked the buyer to send me the dates of infractions so i can ask my workers who was on the account as being generous to do so helping my customers.

 

I'm receiving harassments and threats from the buyer or the buyer's friend I don't know.

this is not acceptable, you are ruining my reputation. I advise the buyer to let the moderator decide and not harass me

edit: the buyer still did not communicate with me to give me the dates of infraction so i could check up with my worker

Not sure if i need to but i gave him access to account. So he can see for himself even tho i screen shotted. Sythe 4 however he is not willing to work out a refund until he can log in and see for himself. Will keep you posted.

 

also would like to note I have no association with that account and I have no clue who it is. I am 27 years old and I work full time I have much better things to do.

 

@Ilovepking5675 @Techie update, worker informed me he is responsible for the ban only and for the mute we checked its not from ourside as we checked the history mute from Jagex might be an old report.

the good news my worker will refund the account price for the ban infraction(quashed). Please wait few hours once he is on his pc i will inform you for the gold.

we are still waiting but i am told i will get a refund. Will update as well. But nothing yet. Also mutes were from before i owner account which is proved via screenshots. Either way I'm glad they are willing to work this out. Will update here when completed.

 

Update: Account returned to seller and my Gold was Refunded.
