Gold shop as a business?

Hello, i'm very interested in opening my own gold shop and i would like it to be all legal, so my question is under what would I report the gold shop, i suppose it has something to do with virtual currency?

Also, do you guys think i would have any legal issues if i run my website without any documentation, it would be thru btc and crypto most likely, as im aware for g2a payments i'd need registered business.

If any of you people have any suggestions as well, anything would help. Thank you.
