Gold selling site question

[Wild Magic]

How much would it cost for someone to make a gold selling website for me ? Where can I post for users to offer me their price ?
Thanks and sorry for making this so brief

We've discussed gold sites on Skype, I can give you a break down of anything else you need via Skype.
