When a buyer wants to make a payment i simply ask the buyer to send the payment to my paypal email once i get the payment i will send the buyer his/her recipet and i ask the buyer to send a email to my paypal email with your paypal email adress saying your name,what you are buying,that the payment you sent is your paypal account and you are makeing the payment,we also ask that the buyer send his/her driver liscence(we just need to see your adress and your picture to confirm you are the buyer) to our email so we make sure that you are who you say you are and your not useing someone elses paypal. Thats to make sure the buyer/saler are safe from fraud/scammer.

He was seen trying to create a phishing website, so Im almost certain he is only going to scam on here. In his Vouches section of his Profile, he claims he has dealt over 10B in gold since he started.
