Gold farmers & sellers

Hey people,

So.. I noticed gold selling is still very much alive. Player Auctions, multiple gold selling websites and forums (including Sythe). My thought/question...
Aside from botting and dedicated players collecting in-game gold what are some modern methods?

Do sellers still even bot...? or are most sellers using dedicated staff who get paid next to nothing..

I'm just more or less collecting new information and seeing what's popularly used in 2015/16/17.

Any information is appreciated, this is purely educational, i'll even take links to valid modern guides.
