Going from 1 def to zerker?

Okay right now I have 1 def and 1 prayer on a f2p pure. I've been thinking and I'm probably going to get 45 def and 80 attack and 80 dung. Can someone list the quests I should do in order for maximum effectivness? (no quests done atm)

 

You would have to quest the defence meaning do all the quests required for barrows gloves and any other quests needed that give defence experience before you train your defence to 45.

 

Just level defense via quests.

Everything that you need for barrow gloves.

 

all requirements for barrow's gloves
all requirements for hand cannon
all requirements for proselyte and initiate armor
all requirements for berserker helmet
all requirements for rune platebody
and if i were you, all requirements for ancient curses

 

quests are key.

 

I know this, I am looking for a detailed list of all the quests. If someone could hook me up, that would be pretty cool..?
