If you dont mind waiting until a clan picks these up, then go for it.

they might rise too due to the fact uncuts r gona rise.
 
Sapphires look good. I wouldn't risk it on Emeralds. They are going to still drop some more.
 
Went ahead and bought 10m worth of emeralds, and 3m worth of sapphires. Will see where this gets me :)
