RS3hot poor service & credibility!

Hi all,
Yesterday (2/12/17) I ordered 15m RS07 gold from @rs3hot . I got on the chat only to be informed that they were out of stock and to come back later. Well, it was pretty late in the day so I decided I would come back, the next day. Today, (2/13/17) I came back, got on their support chat only to be told that there wasn't any orders that I had placed? What?! I will be including screenshots at the bottom. I provided my paypal transaction ID, RS07 User ID, etc, etc. and they just stopped replying. So I decided to go on my girlfriend's Mac and try to talk to them, no reply. Then I busted out my iPhone, no reply. I only wish the support chat would include times of messages being sent, because I've been waiting for a staggering 2 hours for them to get back to me and they still haven't. So I'm deciding to compile this report including screenshots of the chat and transaction on PayPal. Let me know what you think and if there's anything I can do! Thanks!

They sure did, won't be using them again though. Don't understand what they meant by "fresh account" my palpal's fully verified and they claim to not verify by ID or phone if that's the case? Just didn't feel comfortable with it. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Thanks always. You've been a great help @Mootrucks
