USL - Rethink?

My intentions were never to scam. I was just pissed off with the guy at the time because of his arrogance and rudeness. I paid back with good intentions in hope to come back with a bang. I would've paid back fully in cash but it would've left me with little to last IRL in terms of paying my rent etc, so I compromised with my account worth well over the remaining cash.. Anyway thanks for your help, I'd like to know why I was denied so I know for my pardon in another 6 months, but sorry for bugging you over the last few days, i've just been extremely curious and the dispute forum states I can ask how it's going.
If you could re-consider my position and the situation, i'd be extremely grateful, but I honestly believe it was not the right choice and I can be what I was before on sythe; A great member of the community.
