Report/post/reason that got you banned:
I got banned for a couple of scams, which took place while I was inactive on sythe and somebody else had access to the account, they were not that major so I was up for repaying the victims, nevertheless the victims have not replied for the last 6 months. Now I am just trying again since Roary asked to wait for 6 more months.
Here is a quote with dates from the first thread I have posted:
'In the first half of 2013 I have seen that I have been banned, nevertheless I did not have a lot of time to find out why(by creating another accounts and tracking the reports). A couple of weeks ago I have decided to put some time into research on what happened and I was quite surprised that I have been banned for scamming 3 sythe members. It was at the start of 2013, when I was not active in sythe for quite a while, because I quit runescape even earlier before the evolution of combat update.'
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
I was talking with one of the moderators 6 months ago(Frenzy), who provided me with the contacts of the people which I added at that moment and guided me by giving links to all the threads/reports since I was not allowed to make another account on sythe. Unfortunately the victims did not reply for the last 6 months.
There were pictures of their skype profiles showing that they have not added me yet in the first dispute thread, unfortunately the pictures are deleted(not sure how and why) so here are the new pictures:

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
Well I had some silly intentions of trying to scam right away when I first registered on the site because I saw it as an opportunity to gain runescape gold, did not scam anybody though, and just got caught up in the marketing community, the questing service and after a while got into account selling/gold selling services. No harm was done just this incident when my account was used by someone else to scam a couple of people.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
In short - yes, it was my fault to leave the account without checking once in a while for such a long time with a really weak password(it was the same one as when I registered). Yet the password remained the same even after the scams so I guess the account was hijacked. The victims have not replied since.
As mentioned in previous dispute/pardon threads, I am really interested in getting back into the community because lately I have been playing League of legends a lot and I wish to use my knowledge and skills for the black market: providing services and selling/buying accounts. Apart of that I heard there will be some major Runescape updates this summer which caught my eye and maybe Ill get back to that part of the forum as well. Last, but not least, I have always seen this community as a really friendly and a serious environment, yet I was a little bit too shy to share my ideas, that is another one of the goals if I get my ban pardoned - to involve more in non-blackmarket sections.
Feel free to ask any kind of questions, request some more detail and so on.
