[GLOBAL/FireZ] Disputing an old account!

Hello.
I`m writing this to dispute an old account of mine, the username is SryGg
I was banned for ban evading.
I really have no idea how I was ban evading, to be honest.
If it had anything to do with IP addresses, I logged in at libraries, school under multiple proxies (sythe is banned at my school, so I have to use a proxy)
and multiple other places.
srygg was my ONLY account before this, and I beg you to really look into this, because I did no such thing. =l

I got my girlfriend to dispute this ban evasion ages ago asking what I did that was ban evading and all they said was banned again for ban evasion! on the appeal thread. =l

Just so that we are on the same page here... are you saying that you are currently evading your ban that you received on "SryGg" for ban evading?

 

Well I guess so, but only because I was banned for no reason. :l
I don't even know why srygg is banned.. Nothing was done wrong. x_x

I am going to forward this thread on to FireZ and ask him to shed some light on your ban reason from before, and the IP match to "Intern." Unfortunately, in the mean time I am going to have to temporarily ban you while it is being looked into because you are ban evading once again..

It is the account that you were apparently evading from. Banning you now, I will get this looked into.

 

Intern is banned for evasion. No person given. I'll look into this more... Unless FireZ knows something more or something.

 

The only person linked to Intern is srygg. However he does have two IPs that say they aren't linked to anyone even though they show up. Idk why that is. Actually it must be due to the deleted posts.... I'm assuming. Srygg was registered Feb 2010 on an IP that Intern posted with on Feb 05 2011.

The IP of V Pure...'s post lookups to the same location as the IP from Intern's post (which is the IP that srygg registered on a year before Intern).

 

V pure was banned due to fake vouches and I'm just going to assume that's all good.

 

V pure joined Feb 27 2011 and Intern joined Jan 30 2011... V Pure was banned 3/12/11 and Intern was banned 2/06/2011..... So I'm obviously missing something...... ._. Intern and V Pure are obviously the same people but he had to have an account before Intern to ban evade and get banned...

 

Sryee posted a vouch thread the day after Intern was banned... V pure posted one like 20 days later but that was before sryee was banned.

 

Sryee or what ever his name really is did post now and then from the time he registered to the time Intern registered. Unless FireZ or someone else has more info I'd honestly have to say that this guy lives near Intern and his old IP happened to become Intern's after a year.

 

Oh and his school story is legit because he does have an IP that is owned by a school and there is a shit ton of people with that one.

 

Its funny to think I would remember this from 9 months ago, do what you guys think is right. I will re-look at this monday night also.

 

Sorry FireZ, I didn't expect you to remember every detail about the previous dispute. I just thought maybe you would be able to shed some light into what happened before and take a second look at this guy's ban.

EDIT: I've PM'd SuF for a final word. Hopefully we can wrap this up today.

 

I'm just going to wait for FireZ to check back in and if he / anyone else doesn't have any objections I'll unban both of his accounts and change the account he last disputed on to a SRB. Then he can choose one account or the other or whatever.
