    Amount scammed: 500m osrs $280
    How they scammed: Said payment was not sent via friends and family and issued refund.

    He is stating that his sent a refund but none has come back to me. Also keeps asking me to purchase more and wont send any evidence that his refunded.

    They've been given enough time to correct their actions.
    I've banned them for 3 months as punishment for scamming, they will be keeping the DNT as well.
