Cool glitch either way. I remember seeing a few of these people right after Mobilising Armies came out.

As long as how to get barricades + bandages out of cwars ( can't use barricades, though )

And many, many more.

 

Ive seen mod's doing this for fun.. (jagex mods)

Like 3 of them were in world 81 running around as lvl 0's and 1's.. Kinda funny..

They wouldn't do something like that to the name of mods without letting the Runescape public know, since everyone would follow them reporting them for bug abuse.

yea it shouldn't be hard... forced tellies aren't quickly patched. Does myths of the white land still work?

 

I've seen people saying it's a glitch, and others saying it's a mod...

So, take your own guess, I suppose.
