    Thats why you just say " TWC this guy seemed shady on msn logged off after I suggested Omm" I never said he scammed I'm just giving a heads up to other users no proof needed

    Agree with other posters:
    You are allowed to criticize them and cite things they did (refused OMM, backed out at last minute, trolled over MSN), just don't criticize them for scamming.

    Couldn't have said it better myself. As long as you don't call them a downright scammer I don't think critique should warrant an infraction.
