Giving My Computer A Paint Job!

Well yeah, being only 15 and not having access to a range of tools, nor a budget of over $40AUD, I thought it'd be nice to do up an old P3 given to me by my grandmother.

So anyway, here's what I got...





As you can see, it's nothing nice... I'm not even sure the mobo is ATX, and the power supply (200W haha) is a really weird shape.

So I gutted it...



Sanded and painted it...



Then stenciled a nice few flames on the front...



Then the side...



Then did another little stencil...



And this is where I'm at so far...



Next I'm going to put flames on the other side too, and perhaps buy a dremel and cut myself a nice window. We shall see.

wow i love the colors! Did you put everything back in the computer or just threw it away?

 

Dude that is awesome. How much was that paint? Did you draw that skull stencil yourself becuase i want it (Pm to me!!!)

 

The skull is good but I don't really like the flame's leel GJ 6/10 so far I want to see the finished job .

 

It looks nice. You could upgrade that old boxes parts so that it is up to date and then you could sell it for A LOT of cash buddy. Try it?

You should add red highlights to the edge of the black flames. A dremel would look quite good to!

Also that is really nice, you should try buying some upgrades and installing them in it so that its up to date. Or you could buy the best of the best upgrades and use it as a gaming comp. Also you could sell it for a lot if you just braught it up to date.

 

It's nice, why the hell did you sand it? It's not made out of wood lmao no one sands down plastic and what type of paint was that? If you didn't undercoat it that's gunna last about a week.

you could do that too a 1996 comp and paint like that and sell it as a 2007 a comp.

The black paint is not perfectly done, but it looks awesome, especially the skull!

 

Pretty nice Atomic. Yea cut a window and put some lights as in some neon glow.

 

You could try putting on a second cote to make it look nicer and let it have a better finish.
